Susan and Bob are very professional and their clients (us) feel we are in such good and capable hands. They are so on top of everything. They are always available for questions any time of day or night. They move things fast....wow. They sold our house within two days but never slacked for keeping up the momentum in case of....
They found us places to look at that were within our means, meaning no wasted time and we found something within a few days. I knew they were going to be our agents to find a home and I was under the impression that I would have to find another realtor to sell our home. It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial for Susan & Bob Weidman. I must start by saying...they are the best! They were highly recommended to me by someone who has been in the business for almost 30 years. Susan and Bob's attention to detail was something I very much appreciated. They were so patient with me, explaining every word on every document. I felt so comfortable and in such good hands.

Susan & Bob arrived at my home for our first meeting, fully prepared. They gave me a detailed binder with everything from info about themselves and their company, to comps and detailed photographs of the properties in my gated community and nearby, as well as lots of other pertinent information. They helped me decide on the asking price for my home based on a wide variety of information collected from several sources. They were privy to every sale in my neighborhood and every change in price also.

The photos Susan took of my home were fabulous and extremely professional. Her photos were then used to make the most gorgeous Real Estate brochure that I have ever seen and these photos were also used on several Real Estate websites. It pleased me very much to see that the Weidman's had a really great marketing plan to sell my home. Susan and Bob are extremely knowledgeable about the gated community my home was in. This proved to be a huge advantage. My home sold within a few weeks with multiple offers (and in a very depressed market). I was extremely pleased. Susan and Bob were wonderful leading me through the escrow process. It was smooth and without complication.

Susan and Bob then helped me through the process of buying my next home, a fabulous townhouse, also in Tarzana, in a really beautiful townhome complex. Again, the Weidman's were amazing. This escrow was not so easy, with several complications. The Weidman's helped me negotiate it all with class and professionalism, not always seen by all the parties involved. We were still negotiating at the 11th hour....and the Weidman's were there for me every step of the way, helping me with all my decisions.

Susan and Bob were available to me any time I needed them, throughout this entire process, which lasted several months. They answered their phone every single time I called and were always able to answer any question I had. If they didn't know the answer, they were able to find it and get back to me in a very timely manner.

Anyone who uses Susan and Bob Weidman for their Real Estate needs will be extremely pleased. I feel so blessed to have met them and so thankful that I can now call them my friends.
